- Framställningsmetoden för Franciacorta är densamma som i Champagne, med en andra jäsning i butelj, även kallad traditionell metod. Pressningen skedde mycket varsamt och varje läge vinifieras separat. Den första jäsningen skedde på 250 liter stora ekfat.
