Character: Friskt, mycket torrt och läskande vine med fin mousse och direkt fruktig karaktär. Vildhallon, röda körsbär och blodgrape ligger i förfronten och backas upp av en touch brioche i avslutet.
Production: De olika druvsorterna pressades som hela klasar och de röda druvorna fick macerera med skalen i cirka 4 timmar. Druvorna jästes separat i rostfria ståltankar vid en låg temperatur om 5-7 grader. Enbart den naturligt förekommande jästen användes
