Character: I glaset ett generöst och komplext vin men smak av mogen citron, vit persika, toner av vita blommor och hasselnötter, viss mineralitet samt eleganta fattoner.
Production: Druvorna pressades som hela klasar och musten drogs sedan över i franska ekfat om 500 liter. Lagring: Därefter lagrades vinet elva månader i ekfaten. 40 procent av faten var nya.
Pairs with: Eleganta rätter av fågel och fisk.
