- I glaset ett uttrycksfullt vin med toner av nötterm smör och mogna gula äpplen, tropisk frukt och kanderad citron, samt toner av rostat bröd och rökig mineralitet.

- Vinifering utan tillsatt jäst. VInet har lagrats två år i ekfat under jästfällningen utan att fylla upp ekfaten. Ett jästtäcke bildas naturligt över vinet, vilket ger vinet den gula färgen som gett namn till Vin Jaune.
