Character: Fruktig och kryddig doft med inslag av körsbär, björnbär, svarta vinbär, plommon, ceder, choklad och kaffe. Fyllig, koncentrerad och smakrik med välintegrerade ekfatstoner. Lång harmonisk eftersmak.
Production: Vinet lagras på små ekfat i 14 månader varav 30% är av ny ek.
Pairs with: Serveras vid 16-18°C till rätter av lamm, nöt eller vilt.
